Therefore, in each and every case where our Client is threatened or actually charged with a crime, whether that crime be a D.U.I. or a Murder, our primary goal is to move as quickly as possible to get the charges dismissed, to get the case dead-docketed, to negotiate a nol prosse with the prosecution, to get the Client into an alternative program that avoids court entirely, to plea bargain for a probated sentence, etc; and if and when we can achieve a quick and relatively painless resolution, which avoids any jail time and prevents any conviction from appearing on the Client’s record, then we have done our Client a great service.  As a last resort, of course, when the prosecution demands a trial, we are fully prepared to present our best case to the court and jury to obtain an acquittal and full exoneration for our Client.
