Federal & Hasson Client's Bill of Rights |

The law firm of Federal & Hasson has developed a “Client’s Bill of Rights” outlining the attorney's and staff's specific commitments to the Client. The Client's Bill of Rights reflects the core values and principles upon which the Firm is founded. They are as follows:
- To receive our best efforts to achieve the results desired by the Client, as promptly, efficiently, and effectively as possible;
- To be treated with courtesy, compassion, understanding, and respect at all times;
- To a written Representation Agreement referencing the particular legal dispute at issue and confirming the Fee Arrangement agreed to by the Client;
- To itemized billing statements which fairly and accurately specify the services rendered and the expenses incurred, in accordance with the Representation Agreement;
- To be kept fully-informed of all developments, and to be provided with copies of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, pleadings, notices, and the like, regarding the Client’s case;
- To have all telephone calls and inquiries from the Client answered and responded to promptly;
- To a one-hour telephone or office consultation with the Responsible Attorney each month, without charge, regarding any questions or issues of concern regarding the Client’s case;
- To attend and participate in any and all meetings, conferences, telephone calls, hearings, and trials as desired by the Client and permitted by law;
- To approve or reject, in advance, any proposed agreements, waivers, or settlements initiated or received by the Firm regarding the Client’s case;
- To complete confidentiality as to all communications with the Firm, in accordance with the applicable canons of ethics.
